Ryan Redmond taught high school and middle school history and English for ten years in Kathmandu, Nepal; Putney, Vermont; and Framingham and Marblehead, Massachusetts, before returning to his alma mater, Tufts University, in August of 2010. As the Supervisor of Placements for the MAT programs, he oversees the student teaching experience for the MAT students and works closely with area partner schools, supervising practitioners, and program supervisors. As a Lecturer, he has taught the introductory teaching (ED 101 and 103) and student teaching seminar (ED 102 and 104) courses, the practices of teaching English (ED 123) course, and an undergraduate course which explores issues of food in schools.
