The Environmental Studies Program is taken as a second major by students with multidisciplinary interest in improving and protecting the environment, while promoting sound social and economic development. We foster innovation in learning, teaching, and research to develop scientifically informed environmental literacy for improving the quality of people's lives world-wide.

The major involves five (5) core courses, five (5) courses in a track of your choice, and
an internship (ENV 99) that highlights first-hand experience with environmental work outside the classroom. Please visit the Environmental Studies Program for more information.
