Meet Results
HANOVER, N.H. -- First-year Kelly Allen (Norton, MA) of the Tufts
University women's track & field team was the lone Jumbo to compete at
the annual Dartmouth Relays on Sunday. She was entered in the shot put
and in the weight throw.
Kelly was 10th overall out of 27 entrants in the shot put. Her best
heave of 37'1" (11.30m) was tops among 12 Division III throwers in the
event. In the weight throw, Allen was 20th out of 30 participants. Her
35'3 3/4" (10.76m) toss was fifth among Division III competitors.
The full Tufts team will open 2010 at the Tufts Invitational inside
the Gantcher Center this Saturday.
