WESTON, Mass. -- The Tufts University women's basketball team improved to 4-0 overall with a 66-48 victory at Regis College on Tuesday night.

Freshman Emily Goodman (Briarcliff, NY) scored on nine of her 12 field goal attempts and finished with 21 points to lead the Jumbos. She's averaging 18.5 a game for the Jumbos. Senior co-captain Molly Baker (Northfield, MA) added her third straight double-double with 13 points and ten rebounds.

Tufts opened a 37-29 advantage and then put the game away in the second half while holding the host Beacons to just 5 of 26 shooting (19.2 percent).

The Jumbos close the first semester at Wheaton on at Saturday (Dec. 11) at 2 p.m.
