Meet Results

BOSTON -- The Tufts University men's track & field team had five runners compete at the 2007 Boston University Terrier Invitational on Saturday afternoon. The meet featured an impressive array of collegiate and amateur talent.

Senior tri-captain Nate Cleveland (Auburn, ME) and classmate Dan Sullivan (Sterling, MA) were entered in the 800 meter run. Cleveland ran a time of 1 minute, 55.42 seconds for a 15th-place finish. Sullivan came along in 1:59.06 for 34th place among a field of 70 runners.

Jumbos Josh Kennedy (Guilford, CT) and Nick Welch (Seattle, WA) lined up for the 3,000 meter run and less than three seconds apart. Kennedy was 34th in 8:39.54 and Welch was 38th in 8:41.83.

Senior Chad Uy (Syosset, NY) was the lone Tufts entrant in the 5,000 meter run and ran 15:29.96 for 29th place in a 44-man field.
