HARTFORD -- The Tufts University Jumbo mens
lacrosse team improved to 4-3 overall and 2-2 in the New England
Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC), as freshman attackman
Ryan Molloy (Setauket, NY) scored four goals to lead them to a
10-6 victory over the Trinity College Bantams this afternoon on

with its fourth straight loss, while Tufts, ranked No. 16 in the
nation, snaps a three-game losing skid.
With the game tied at 2-2 late in the opening
quarter, Tufts went on a 4-0 run over a 27-minute-span, including a
goal and an assist each by Malloy and junior Clem McNally (Far
Hills, NJ), to give the Jumbos a 6-2 lead midway through the
third stanza. Trinity sophomore Andrew Williamson (Sudbury, MA)
broke the Bantam scoring drought with 2:21 left in the third

Tufts maintained at least a four-goal cushion the rest of the way.
