WALTHAM -- The Tufts University Men's Lacrosse team swamped Endicott College with goals by 14 different players and 50 shots on net in a 19-8 victory on Saturday. The victory pushed the Jumbos to 2-1, while the Power Gulls dropped to 2-1.
With the game tied at 3-3 late in the first, Tufts then scored 12 unanswered goals to lead 15-3 following a goal by sophomore Devin Clarke (Ridgewood, NJ) at 13:18 of the third quarter. Clarke scored all three of his goals in the game during this stretch. An Endicott goal by Kevin Lally stopped the rally, but Tufts had the game well in hand.
