Tufts Community
To host your next meeting at 574 Boston Avenue, please submit a room reservation through the Tufts Space & Resource Reservation System. Don't have access to the reservation system? Please stop by the front desk, or call 617-627-8813 to make a reservation. Reservations cannot be made for longer than 3 hours without approval of the building manager.

To host an event or meeting outside of regular building hours, or in a common area space (such as the 1st Floor Lobby or 4th Floor Atrium), please review and complete an event request form.

If you plan to have food in any of the rooms or spaces, you are responsible for clean-up. You must remove, or make arrangements via Facilities work order for the removal of, trash and food waste upon departure - this is not the responsibility of building custodial workers. Trash cannot be left in hallways or amassed near garbage cans. Erase white boards, and return furniture to its posted/designated layout. Failure to properly remove trash, or reset furniture will result in a $200 fee and/or loss of space reservation privileges. For more information, please see the Medford Campus Scheduling Policy.
