Facility Information
- What are the building hours?
- Mon - Thurs: 8:00am - 10:00pm; Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm; Sundays from 1 – 10 pm. Access is restricted outside this time frame.
- The building is closed on weekends and University Holidays.
- Hours during winter, spring, and summer breaks will vary.
- Can I park in the lot adjacent to the building?
- The parking lot adjacent to the building is Faculty/Staff permit
parking from 7:00 am-5:00 pm.
- There are 10 visitor parking spaces: 2 hour limit; first come, first
serve.
- Students, faculty, and staff are NOT permitted
to park in visitor parking.
- Can I use one of the meeting rooms?
Are there printers in the building?
- There are black and white pay-to-print stations on the 1st and 4th
floors.
Can I borrow a document camera for my class?
- Yes, we have 2 document cameras that can be signed out at the front
desk.
My computer/printer isn’t working. Can someone help me?
Who should I contact for help with computer/screen/video
conference technology?
- Please call 617.627.3376 and a technician will be paged to assist
you.
Is there a vending machine in the building?
- Yes, on the 1st floor, past the bathrooms.
Is there a microwave/refrigerator that I can use?
- Yes, there is a microwave for public use on the 2nd floor in the
alcove next to room 215, and on the 4th floor counter.
- Yes, there is a mini-fridge for public use on the 4th floor below
the counter.
