Senior Steve Kaye (Upper Saddle River, NJ) blazed the pace and the Tufts men's cross country team won its second ECAC Division III Championship Race on its home course in Grafton on Saturday (Nov. 6). Kaye won the race by nearly 15 seconds with a 26:23.94 finish, while classmate Peter Rodrigues (Weatogue, CT) in 27:01.38 and senior David Patterson (Shutesbury, MA) in 27:06.74 were seventh and ninth, respectively.Though some teams choose to rest their top runners at this race, Tufts was not challenged in preparation for this coming Saturday's NCAA Regional Championship Race at UMass-Dartmouth.
