Due to an event surrounding golf's Ryder Cup in the Boston area this weekend, the 32nd annual Codfish Bowl was moved to Tufts University's Farmcourse at the Vet School in Grafton. An early-season test for the region's Division II-III teams, the Tufts Jumbos placed a distant second behind champion MIT. For the third time this season senior Matt Lyons (Wakefield, MA) was the top Tufts finisher and third overall with a 26:04.59 time over 8,000 Meters. Sophomore Jason Mann (Rosemont, PA) in 27:02.74 and senior Steven Kaye (Upper Saddle River, NJ) in 27:07.25 also finished among the top 10.

Tufts will be back at the Farmcourse this weekend to host the Tufts Invitational on Saturday (Oct. 2).
