The Department participates in Tufts'
Interdisciplinary Doctoral (IDOC) Program.
The IDOC Program accepts a select number of Ph.D. candidates who have already received their master's degrees. These students design an individualized program of study drawing from three university departments or schools. Applicants to the IDOC Program must apply directly to the
Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
