Accommodations for out-of-town visitors
Occasionally, UEP staff can make informal arrangements for visitors to stay with current students. There are no campus facilities for visitors to stay overnight during the academic year. Some local hotels, motels, and bed and breakfasts are listed below.
Attending classes
If you are interested in attending a UEP class, please check the course schedule for meeting times. Let the UEP office staff know which class you want to attend and they will help you to communicate with the instructor. Please keep in mind that there are very few classes scheduled on Fridays so that students who have an interest in visiting a class should make arrangements to visit the campus on another day.
Visiting Tufts and UEP at other times
Applicants who are unable to visit the campus should feel free to write or call if they have any questions. Also, if you would like to visit, but cannot attend one of the information sessions, you are welcome to schedule a visit when it is more convenient for you. Please call or e-mail Ann Urosevich, the Department Administrator, at: ann.urosevich@tufts.edu or call 617-627-3394.
Temporary Lodging and Area Hotels
Tufts has negotiated a special rate for visitors. In order to get this rate you must mention Tufts University when making a reservation.
