The Broadcast Director is in charge of distribution of TUTV programming. The director creates weekly broadcast schedules and makes general editorial decisions about airing content.

The Post-Production Department directs all editing at TUTV. The department provides editing training, advice, and administrative support for all editors. Finally, the department maintains a state-of-the-art, all-digital editing facility.

The Production Department directs a large network of exciting TUTV programming. The department provides production training, advice, and administrative support for all producers, directors, and crew members.
The Programming Department evaluates all material to be shown on TUTV.
The Public Relations Department is primarily responsible for directing TUTV's marketing strategy. The department manages on- and off-campus advertising and also works on the development of TUTV's relationship with the Tufts Community and the public at large.
The Station Management Department is responsible for managing the station's membership, hired staff, and security system. In recent years, the Station Manager has also been responsible for managing the financial affairs of TUTV.
The Technology Department directs all television systems research, design, and implementation. The department keeps TUTV in top-working condition, frequently advising members on technology-related issues.
The webmaster is in charge of all webdesign and site maintenance.
A division of the Station Management Department, Work Study oversees the use of TUTV resources and facilities, provides members with access to equipment, and assists all other departments.
