Financial Aid at Tufts Summer Study
Helping Families Meet the Cost of Attendance
For students who demonstrate financial need, Tufts Summer Study can help reduce the cost of tuition by awarding tuition scholarships. An award typically covers between one-half to three-quarters of the cost of tuition for one course. Occasionally, full-tuition awards are made in instances of particular need. A scholarship does not cover the application fee ($25).
To qualify, applicants must complete and submit the Tufts Summer Study Financial Aid Application and submit a copy of your parent's 2011 IRS tax return. The tax return is needed for income verification. See the application for further details. In instances where your parents file as "married filing separately," submit both tax forms. All information will remain confidential.
Financial aid at Tufts Summer Study is limited, and is awarded on a
first come, first served basis. Early application for assistance is
encouraged.
The status of your application for financial aid will be communicated
after the admissions committee has reviewed your application for
admission and made its decision. If you have questions about financial
aid, or the status of your financial aid application, contact
Tufts Summer Study or
617-627-2000.
