A good business plan possesses four main characteristics:
One of the greatest challenges you will face as an entrepreneur is the challenge of putting together the right team to build and grow your company.
The three critical items to focus on are:
1) Setting the core values for your team
2) What types of talent do you need to bring to your company; and
3) When to bring this talent into your company (too soon and you burn precious cash; too late and you risk not meet your milestones and executing your plan).
Unfortunately, there is no one easy formula for putting together a team. Rather, it is a combination of many items that determine the right person and combination of people that you need to get your job done.

As a leader of your team, it is imperative that you establish and communicate a set of core values for your team. In the "post-Enron" era, there are no more important core values of honesty and integrity.
