The Tufts Community Union Judiciary (TCUJ) is the branch of student government responsible for the rulings of constitutionality concerning the actions of the Senate and other campus organizations, as well as recognizing new organizations. Seven members, elected from any of the four classes, serve on the TCUJ.
Every club must have a constitution, recognized by the TCUJ. Check them all out here.
To start a club, check out the resources here.
If you run a club and are trying to have it
re-recognized by the TCUJ, follow the instructions here.
If you are facing disciplinary action or are interested in judicial advocacy, please view our page on Judicial Advocacy and speak with our Judicial Advocacy Chair.
New Feature: Want to know what's going on? View the minutes of the J!
Members of the Judiciary are always more than happy to hear from our fellow members of the student body. Please email or visit any of us at our office hours in Campus Center Room 214.
