Program Features

The Program kicks-off with a mandatory Orientation Session the week before the Program begins to introduce parents and students to the Tufts Pre-College experience.

During the Program, we offer a series of workshops to help rising Juniors and Seniors think about and work towards the college application process. The best part is, these workshops are included as a part of your course tuition. This year’s workshops include SAT Prep and an Admissions Essay Workshop.

Earning College Credit (rising Seniors)

Rising High School Seniors have the opportunity to earn College Credit for participation in Tufts Pre-College program. There are two ways we support our students in making this happen:

  1. Pre-College Courses (above) can be taken on a credit basis
    1. Students wishing to do so must submit SAT or ACT scores with their application. See “Register” for more details
    2. Note that there are higher expectations for students taking Pre-College Courses for credit. Please inquire with your course’s instructor for more information.
  2. Undergraduate Courses for Seniors
    1. Rising seniors are eligible to take select Undergraduate courses for credit and study alongside our regular students. What better way to test out the college experience?
