Student Organizations
Student organizations are a vital part of undergraduate and graduate campus life at Tufts University. With approximately 150 recognized student organization at Tufts, students have been able to take advantage of the many opportunities outside the classroom. As a member of a Tufts organization, students have learned new skills, built friendships, gained unique opportunities, and enriched the environment and people around them.
The University is home to many academic, musical, recreational, political, cultural, religious, and media-related student organizations. Tufts' largest student organization, the Leonard Carmichael Society, has more than 1,000 participants in their volunteer corps and sponsors approximately 40 community service opportunities and programs every year.
