STEM Presentation Overview

STEM Ambassadors go into high school classrooms in pairs and present fun and engaging STEM topics that are relevant to the high school curriculum and contains cutting-edge technologies and real world applications. A typical classroom visit starts with an approximately 10 min presentation followed by an approximately 25 min hands-on activity that will challenge the students while teaching them the collaborative and fun nature of STEM. We always leave at least 5 min at the end of each classroom visit for the high school students to ask questions of the STEM Ambassadors about the STEM topic and college. We hope to promote college access and to serve as role models for the diverse student population within the greater Boston area.
