Application Requirements

The application process is currently closed. Please check back in January of 2018 to learn how you can become a STEM Ambassador for the 2018 - 2019 school year.

  1. Applications must include
    1. A completed application
    2. A current resume
    3. An unofficial transcript
    4. The name and contact information of 1 recommender (faculty or staff; if first-year student, can be someone from outside of Tufts)
  2. Applicants must be a full time undergraduate student in either the School of Engineering, or majoring in Math or Science (Astrophysics, Biochemistry, Biology, Biopsychology, Biotechnology, Chemical Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Community Health, Engineering Psychology, Environmental Studies, Geological Sciences/Geology, Physics) at Tufts University.
  3. Recommended that applicants have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  4. Applicants must have demonstrated leadership skills

Selection Process:
  1. Completed applications will be reviewed by the selection committee.
  2. Selections will be based on good academic standing, active participation at Tufts and its surrounding community, and a strong endorsement by a reference.
  3. Applicants will be contacted for interviews.
