Mollie took her first dance class at the Portsmouth School of Ballet at the age of 8, and trained there in ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, and modern dance until she graduated from high school in 2010. With Portsmouth School of Ballet she competed on the school’s competition team and also performed every year in the school’s production of the Nutcracker. In addition to dancing with Portsmouth School of Ballet, Mollie also danced as a part of Company Blue, the modern dance company at her high school, taking on the role of co-captain her senior year. During the subsequent summers since she graduated, Mollie has danced with “Seacoast Sonar,” an offshoot of Sonar Dance, a New England contemporary dance company. She is extremely excited to grow as a dancer and person with the fabulous and talented Sarabande!
