WOMEN'S UNDER 23 TRY-OUT SCHEDULE AND INFORMATION

- Training Room is Co-ed. Proper dress and behavior are required.
- Treatments will be administered by appointment only. Athletes are expected to keep all treatment and doctor appointments
- All injuries and illnesses must be reported to the sports medicine staff as soon as possible
- Injured athletes are expected to report daily to the sports medicine staff for evaluation and/or treatment
- Athletes are asked to keep equipment out of the training room. This includes helmets, shoulder pads, sticks, gym bags, bicycles, etc.
- Daily injury reports will be given to the coach and a copy kept in the training room. If you are unclear as to your playing status, contact a staff member.
- Injured players may not return to participation until cleared by the team physician, helath services or sports mediciine staff.
- Ahtletes must wear all protective equipment mandated by the rules of their sport and as prescribed by the team physician or sports medicine staff.
- If you have an allergy or other medical problem you should nofigy the sports medicine staff. If you require an inhaler or EPI pen you should bring them with you to practice and contests.
- As a general rule we do not perform ultrasound, e-stim treatments between 3-4pm (some exceptions may occur). However, whirlpools and hot packs are available if prescribed by the staff. If you require ultrasound, e-stim, or other manual therapy you should schedule an appointment for earlier in the day.
Welcome rookies! Remember to bring the essentials to practice everyday.

- rugby shorts (forwards only)
- jersey (if you have one)
