Upcoming Events:
Wednesday, April 12 :: Noon - The 2006 R.E.A.L. Student/Faculty Luncheon
- Who: You and two of your favorite professors! (Along with forty other students and eighty other professors...)
- What: A catered luncheon with speakers from the REAL community as well as guest speakers.
- When: Be there at 12:00 on April 12th. The event will run for about two hours.
- Where: In the Alumnae Lounge! (Not the RSO lounge...)
Sunday, May 14 :: - The 2006 R.E.A.L. Bicycle Challenge Ride
If you like to challenge yourself physically and you want to join us, this bicycle ride from Boston to Provincetown (Cape Cod) may be what you need this spring. Here's what the event will consist of:
- The ride is 130 Miles of grueling hard work.
- Starting at 6:00 AM, we will meet at Tufts, and begin riding by 6:30.
- The ride ends whenever we make it to Provincetown (Expect 12-14 hours of riding.)
- There will be a celebratory dinner in Provincetown.
- We will take a ferry back to Boston and ride back to Tufts from the pier.

- Riding experience - how much do you have?
- Equipment - do you own your own bike? helmet?
- Schedule - does the 14th work for you?
May 16 - 22, 2006 :: - 2006 R.E.A.L. Student Surfing lessons
Ever surfed before? Want to?
If you are interested in taking surfing lessons this summer we are offering two options...
Weeklong Summer Surf Camp with professional instruction in MalPais, Costa Rica.
- This trip, will be arranged for May, between the end of the semester and the beginning of Summer Session.
- For beginners and experienced surfers alike
- Excellent Central American seafood
- Includes Costa Rica tourism with Volcano Tour, White Water Rafting, and Rainforest Exploration.
- The entire camp should cost $2000 per person including hotel and meals

At various times over the summer there will be surfing trips to Cape Cod and Rhode Island.
- This is dependent on the periodicity of the weather and swells.
