This is a website that I found
while searching on the internet. It details work done by Mr.
Bouzit. I believe that his work was done while attending Rutgers
University. The earliest video he has included on his website is
dated from December 1994. That date seemed very interesting to me -
it said that the idea of an articulated robotic hand, with or
without a control glove, has been a project that many engineers and
scientists have been working on for many years. I wish to credit
Mr. Bouzit, as the hand and glove that he constructed were very
similar to ideas I had come up with for what each component should
look like. His website is a wealth of information, as it not only
contains information on the mechanics of "finger angular flexion,"
but he has also include pictures and videos that help to describe
his control system, prototypes, and testing. As the project that I
am currently working on is not in anyway as complex as that done by
Mr. Bouzit, I would hope to one day see a system as complex being
