Residence Halls:
12 Dearborn Road
Location - 12 Dearborn is located next to Bromfield-Pearson and
Anderson Hall. It is an unstaffed house with three floors.
Rooms - All of the rooms in 12 Dearborn differ in size, but on
average, the double rooms are 13' x 13'. There are four doubles. On average
the single rooms are 10' x 12' and there are seven singles. The beds are
multi-positioned beds that have eleven height adjustments up to 32 inches with
30 inches of space underneath when raised to maximum height. The use of solid
cinder blocks or any other material, to raise the multi-position beds is
prohibited in 12 Dearborn.
Bathrooms - There is one bathroom on the first floor and a second
bathroom on the third floor. Each bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet stall.
Common Areas - 12 Dearborn has a common living room and a full kitchen
on the first floor. The living room has fully moveable furniture, including a
couch, table and chairs. The kitchen has a pantry, stove, refrigerator and
counter space.
Facilities - There is one washer and one dryer on the first floor of
the house.
