PersonnelHeather L. Urry, Ph.D.
Biosketch: Heather Urry received her Ph.D. (Clinical Psychology) from the University of Arizona in 2001, where she was mentored by John J.B. Allen, Ph.D. She then completed a postdoctoral fellowship with Richard J. Davidson, Ph.D. at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Heather is interested in emotion regulation, particularly in determining whether what the brain does when modifying feeling states has practical consequences for health and perceptions of well-being.
