Michael Goldman recently left his job Co-hosting the national radio program 'SIMPLY PUT' on WBBR, 1130 am in New York City,
the flagship station of Bloomberg News. Early in his professional career, Goldman worked and consulted in Federal, State, and
local government agencies, and later became a prominent Boston political consultant who worked on over 200 political campaigns.
Among his many clients were presidential candidates Bill Clinton, Bill Bradley, Mo Udall, Ted Kennedy, Michael Dukakis, and Paul
Tsongas; former US House Speaker Tip O'Neill; former Massachusetts Attorney General Scott Harshbarger; and former Massachusetts
House Speakers George Keverian and Charles Flaherty. He also directed successful campaigns for many congressional and statewide
candidates, and in 2001 was named by Boston Magazine as one of the 25 most powerful people in Massachusetts politics. The
recipient of four 'Best of Boston' awards, Goldman is currently a senior consultant for the Government Insight Group, which
provides a wide range of communications and lobbying services for political and private sector clients. A lecturer at Tufts
University for nearly a decade, Professor Goldman teaches such popular undergraduate courses as "Media, Politics, and the Law",
"Campaigns, Candidates, and Elections", and "1968 - the Year of the Century."
