PERSONALIZED PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
Personal Training Packages and Fees

Personalized Starter Pack (5 sessions)

Students: Free for first 5 sessions (only during academic year)
Staff/Faculty: $100 for first 5 sessions (prepaid at time of initial visit)

Session 2:

Warmup
Implementation of Flexibility Program
Fitness Testing (optional)
Sessions 3, 4, 5:
Supervised Workout Sessions

Programs will be designed for 4-6 weeks. Clients are encouraged to continue training after the initial 5 sessions. The following rates apply for subsequent sessions:

Note: rates are the same for students/staff/faculty for all subsequent sessions. Discounted rates are available for groups of 2-4 people.
