KRAV MAGA (Self-Defense)

Simple, effective combat system proven to work in stressful, emotionally charged, aggressive and violent situations. Teaches techniques against attacks, situational awareness & de-escalation/disengagement skills against aggressive individuals in a non-physical manner. Krav Maga is the combat system of the Israeli military for male and female soldiers.
