The F.I.T Pre-Orientation Program (Fitness & Individual
Development at Tufts) will take place from August 29th to September
1st , 2009 on the Medford campus. The goal of F.I.T. is to introduce
students to wellness opportunities available to them as

University. Peer leaders and departmental staff will guide students
through a non-competitive, active, yet fun environment over 4 days
prior to freshmen orientation. Now in its eighth year, F.I.T. has
become very popular and continues to grow each year.
