Freshman F.I.T. Pre-Orientation

F.I.T. Class of 2012
August 23-26th, 2008
Pre-Orientation for Fitness & Individual Development at Tufts University

Freshmen entering Tufts University experience anxiety and uncertainty about moving away from home and making the adjustment to college. Excelling in the classroom is every student’s goal but there is so much more available to students who want to lead a balanced life at Tufts. The goal of F.I.T. is to introduce and educate students about wellness opportunities that are available to them in leading empowering lifestyles as undergraduates.
