| Students learn basic safety, how to be self sufficient in a top-rope environment, develop basic climbing ability and skill. Fee includes rental and semi-private instruction with qualified staff.

Focus on developing an understanding of physiology and its relationship with athletic
performance. Students will learn theory, principles and application of effective strength techniques
while working as "personal trainers" with students in PE 146.

| Focus on anatomy, structural bodywork and functional assessment. Students will be engaged in learning touch techniques, muscle testing, trigger points, palpation and stretching.
Working knowledge of muscle testing, therapeutic massage and relaxation techniques. |
