TUFTS  philosophy

People | Graduate Students | Laura Gillespie

My primary philosophical interest is in theories of agency and selfhood, particularly as they inform ethics and the philosophy of law. This interest has led to others, to wit, meta-ethics, moral psychology, action theory, philosophy of technology, and political philosophy (which is actually where I began). Out in the world my interests include bikes, tea, reading widely, correspondence, the art of friendship, playing the ukulele badly/with abandon, and bringing philosophical ideas to bear on the problems we all face.
