Post-Professional Master's Degree

The Post-Professional Masters degree is for registered occupational therapists with a bachelor's degree in OT. The program is designed to increase practice and evidence-based research knowledge and skills in areas such as childhood and adolescence, upper extremity rehabilitation, management, aging, education, mental health, and assistive technology. Students may also choose a self-directed concentration focused on their individual interests. This program can be completed on a full or part time basis. Students have the option of completing the degree without a thesis.

Eligibility:

  • Registered occupational therapists or candidates eligible for registration.
  • International applicants, your degree must be from a World Federation of Occupational Therapists approved school/university.
  • Applicants who received their undergraduate or graduate degree outside of the United States are required to have their degree transcript evaluated by World Education Services (WES). This credential evaluation must document minimum equivalency of a U.S. baccalaureate and/or a U.S. master's degree or higher. When requesting a transcript evaluation, please request a "course-by-course" evaluation with grades.

Prerequisites: One course in introductory statistics. The prerequisite course must be passed with a grade of B- or better and taken at an accredited college.
