I chose Tufts University's
occupational therapy program
for many different reasons
but one of the most important
being their fieldwork connections.

Tufts has numerous fieldwork
contracts with different OT sites
which allows us as students to
be able to experience the wide
range of settings OT has to offer.
Because of that, we as Tufts
students are able to gain OT
experience in some of the most
prestigious hospitals, schools,
and health care organizations
in the country and learn from
the best health care professionals.

Tufts University Department of Occupational Therapy seeks to enroll a diverse class of students who have a combination of academic excellence, personal integrity, and enthusiasm as well as the capacity to perform essential functions necessary for a career in occupational therapy.

We seek students who, by virtues of their background, achievement and experience, can contribute to the education of their peers and to the scholarship and practice of the field of OT.

Tufts Department of Occupational Therapy encourages applicants from all disciplines to apply and we do not favor any particular undergraduate major. Some common undergraduate majors include, but are not limited to, studies in psychology, sociology, ethics, the arts, child/human development, education, sciences, philosophy and allied health professions.
