Research Interests
Clean/Alternative Energy: Catalyst Development, Carbon-Based
Materials, Fuel Production and Processing, Fuel Cells, Biofuels,
Hydrogen Production, Water-Gas Shift
Research Activities
Currently focusing on developing carbon-based catalysts for
use in clean fuel production applications (i.e. methanol
steam-reforming, water-gas shift), and the development of a
novel bio-LPG production process. Specifically investigating
carbon surface modification and tuning for optimization of
catalyst activity, selectivity, and stability.
