Graduate Students
Dong Han
Department of Mathematics
Modeling of Electromechanical Interactions
Dong Han is enrolled as a Ph.D. candidate in the
Department of Mathematics at Tufts University.
She recieved a B.Eng in Information Engineering
from University of Hong Kong in 2009 and a
M.Math in Computer Science from University of
Waterloo in 2011. Her Master's thesis focused on
solving nonlinear partial differential equations
in financial problems with multigrid methods.
Her research interests are in scientific
computation and computational mathematics. She
is currently working on developing efficient
numerical methods for electromechanical
interactions modelling using finite element
methods and multigrid solvers.
