about the media advocacy board

The Media Advocacy Board (MAB) is comprised of all student media organizations at Tufts University. Members include a TV station, radio station, news organizations, partisan publications, and literary journals.

The MAB serves as a forum for discussions of journalism ethics and works to improve the visual and written content of each publication on campus.

The MAB also administers the most advanced computer lab for its print publications. The $15,000 of equipment includes eight new Apple iMac workstations and one Mac Pro server. Each computer includes Adobe’s Creative Suite 3 Design, the professional standard in desktop publishing.

The Media Advocacy Board is looking to hire the next MAB technician for the 2010-2011 academic year. If Macs are your thing, click here to find out more!
