For Students:
Alternative Breaks
Each year MACC sponsors the Fall Alternative Break (FAB)
over Columbus Day weekend. FAB is a "Train the Trainers" model-- the
purpose of the weekend is to train students on how to run a
successful alternative break on their campuses. Any student from
MACC member schools is eligible to participate. Fall 2008 was the
12th year that MACC has sponsored this event - it's a great
tradition!
Information is distributed each September. Ask your Community
Service Director/Service Learning Director on campus for specifics.
