Why did you join MACC VISTA: I feel indirect service provides an opportunity to look at the underlying issue and create a plan for change. The VISTA position is such an awesome chance to make a difference in communities.
How does service-learning benefit students and/or the community? Students become more aware of their community and will hopefully engage in service and remain active citizens in their communities.
