Why did you join MACC VISTA: I wanted to do my part in helping to address the social justice ills facing society.
What can students contribute to local community based organizations? Students can be the perfect liaisons between higher education institutions and CBOs. When volunteering their time and energy to a community organization, students help to present a positive image of the type of citizenry an institution of higher education is producing.
