Why did you join MACC VISTA: I enjoyed my undergrad experience working with community service and wanted to continue helping other students have that same experience.
How does service-learning benefit students and/or the community? Service-learning benefits students because it exposes them to life outside their college bubble. For many students, it can give them eye-opening experiences about their own communities and give them the chance to make a real difference.
