Enrollment & Membership Information: Registration Information & Forms
Course registration is done on a first come first serve basis. If a course you
registered for is full, you will be put on a waiting list. If a space becomes
available you will be notified.
Remember some courses do tend to fill up quickly. Register early to ensure your first choice.
You may register for a course in one of the following ways:
Option 1: Credit Card Registrations
Anyone wishing to register using a credit card, please call the office at 617-627-5885 or 617-627-6215.
Option 2: Submit Forms
Download the appropriate PDF form(s) listed below. These files will open in
Acrobat Reader in a new window. You will then be able to view, print, and
mail or fax the form.
