Amusement park rides, magic shows, chemistry shows, carnival booths, and exciting performances define Tufts Kids' Day. For 46 incredible years, Kids' Day has been a day where the Tufts campus welcomes and entertains children from the Medford and Somerville communities. It is a thrilling day with a dress code calling for smiles on every face. Rain or shine, laughter coats the spring air for a fun-filled day guaranteed to keep your children delighted for days.

Over two hundred Tufts students volunteer each year to guide children through the day's events, run student booths, and perform electrifying shows (which, if it's the chemistry show, may actually involve electricity!). Lunch and snacks are provided for all children so that they have the energy to keep up with the day's events.

We warmly welcome children with special needs. Whether your child has allergies, uses a wheelchair, or requires any other accommodations, we will do our best to ensure that every child is able to attend and have fun at Kids' Day. In addition, Tufts Emergency Medical Services, Health Services, and the Tufts University Police Department are on duty to ensure your child's safety.

So, if your child is between kindergarten and third grade, we cordially invite them to join in the festivities, and please be our guest for the day. We promise to make it memorable.
