Access changes on the ASE server for individual departments or organizations may be made by submitting the following form.  Please note that it is not necessary to fill out all the fields - only complete the fields which are relevant to the access changes you wish to make.

If you would like to modify permissions for a student organization, please fill out the Student Organization Web Form .

Upon submission of the form, the ITS Web Development Group will send you an email providing your username, password, and FTP instructions.  Please allow 5 business days.

In sending the form above, I agree to abide by the conditions for use of this organizational web publishing directory, which are as follows.

1. This directory is established for the exclusive purpose of enabling the web master/s of the above mentioned Department or Organization to publish information about its activities on the Tufts World Wide Web pages.
2. This directory is not to be used to store personal files which do not directly pertain to the activities of this organization.
3. I will be responsible for the content and format of my organization's web pages, and will strive to maintain the currency and accuracy of its published information, and to respond promptly to inquiries from A&S administration, ITS or TCCS.
4. I will notify ITS of any modifications to the list of individuals who should be granted access to this directory.
5. I have read and understand the Responsible Use Policy document and all the guidelines noted above and will comply by its guidelines.
