Microsoft Word Learning Materials

Microsoft Word allows you to easily create documents of all kinds - from simple letters to table of contents and newsletters.

  • Flowcharts can be used to create diagrams that are clear and easy to read
  • Macros can be used to automate repetitive tasks such as inserting frequently used phrases or formatting headers and footers
  • Mail Merge can be used to send out an email newsletter to a group of people
  • Tables of contents can be used to help your reader navigate through your document
  • Text formats (or document styles) can be used to maintain a consistent look throughout your document and quickly format long documents
All learning materials are available for download as PDF documents.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, please download the software.
