Information Technology Services' clients include:
- The Schools of Arts and Sciences
- The School of Engineering
- The Fletcher School of Law And Diplomacy
The Technology Service side of ITS supports Faculty and Staff computing
needs.
The most visible aspect of the Technology Services support is our Helpdesk.

The ITS Helpdesk is for quick call logging for computer, network,
application, and email problems. The Helpdesk Operator will attempt to help diagnose and correct
problems over the phone. If the Helpdesk operator cannot correct your problem for you, they will
assign the problem to a Information Analyst.
Each Department is assigned an Information Analyst.
Information Analysts provide one on one personal service for, and assistance
with:
- Computers
- Peripherals
- Network issues
- Email problems
- Special computer configurations
- Hardware replacement planning
