ITS offer support for research computing for all AS&E research labs and faculty research equipment.

We offer support Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Please send an email to researchsupport@ase.tufts.edu or contact the ITS Helpdesk at x7-5898. If after 5 p.m., someone will be paged and you will receive a callback from a technician on campus. We offer support after 5pm weekdays for urgent problems only.
