Mugar Computer Lab
The Mugar Computer Lab is for use by the Fletcher community and IDs
will be checked at the door. It is located on the first level of Mugar Hall
and is for the use of Fletcher students ONLY. The only exception to this is
when all other labs are closed. During those times, all Tufts students may
use this lab.

Location
The Mugar Lab is located in Mugar 123, on the first level of Mugar
Hall behind the Fares Center. Mugar Hall is located on the West end
of the Medford/Somerville campus.

Hardware & Software
Each computer is connected to the Tufts Domain. Fletcher School
students can authenticate to the domain and store personal files in secure drive space
provided for their use only. Technology in the Mugar Lab includes:
- 26 DELL Optiplex 990, 3.10GHz Intel Core i5 workstations with 4GB RAM
- 2 iMac, 2.5GHz Intel Core i3 workstations with 4GB RAM
- 2 HP Laserjet 4200 series networked laser printers, available for each PC and Mac
- 1 Canon CanoScan 5600f scanner for PC
- 1 BookScan scanning station
The PCs in Mugar are running Windows 7 Enterprise as an operating system, while the Macs
are running Mac OS X 10.6, "Snow Leopard".
